Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food, cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items and drink specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, bar stations, and service stations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations quickly and authentically Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling sales transactions efficiently Food safety certification and understanding of sanitation practices in food handling environments Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is a plus to better coordinate with kitchen staff and support food presentation Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service!
