Job Description

Position Summary:
As a PM Room Service Server/ Food runner, you will provide exceptional in-room dining and restaurant service to our guests, delivering food and beverage orders promptly, with attention to detail, presentation, and guest satisfaction to both guest rooms and our Lobby Bar. You will represent the hotel's commitment to high-quality service in every guest interaction. Because the hotel operates around the clock and guest needs may vary, this role may sometimes require working an AM shift as business needs dictate.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests courteously and professionally, presenting room service menus, answering questions, and taking orders. Prepare and deliver food and beverage items to guest rooms, following hotel standards for presentation, temperature control, and timing. Ensure all service items are properly cleaned, replenished, and stored when not in use. Follow proper procedures for billing and charges, accurately recording guest orders, verifying room numbers and guest names. Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, responding to special dietary needs, allergies or preferences. Maintain a clean, organized work area and cart/tray staging area. Collaborate with kitchen staff, food & beverage, front desk and housekeeping as needed for smooth service. Follow all safety, sanitation and hotel service standards and regulations (e.., food handling, room access protocols). Assist with setting up late‐night or early morning room service needs, including AM shift when needed. Provide feedback or suggestions for service improvement to the supervisor.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in room service, fine dining, or hotel food and; beverage service is an advantage. E.O.E.
