Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
• Process payments using cash register or POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and delivery
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Skills:

• Food preparation: Ability to assist in basic food preparation tasks, such as assembling salads or appetizers
• Food safety: Knowledge of proper food handling procedures to maintain a safe dining environment

• Aloha POS:

  Experience using the Aloha POS system for order processing and payment transactions
• Guest services: Strong customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience for guests
• Food handling: Understanding of proper techniques for handling and serving food safely

• Upselling:

  Ability to suggest additional menu items or upgrades to enhance the guest experience
• Cash register: Proficiency in operating a cash register for processing payments accurately
