Caf Blue is hiring an experienced full-time or part-time Server to join our team at the Hill Country Galleria location.
We re looking for a friendly, polished hospitality professional who enjoys creating excellent guest experiences in an upscale-casual dining environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident with elevated service, works well in a fast-paced restaurant, and can reliably support our busiest weekend shifts.
RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of serving experience in an upscale-casual or comparable full-service restaurantAvailability to work weekend mornings for brunch and/or weekend evenings for dinnerStrong knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality standardsWarm, professional communication and a guest-first mindsetAbility to stay organized and attentive during high-volume serviceReliable attendance, punctuality, and a collaborative approach with teammatesMust be able to work legally in the United StatesWhat You ll DoProvide welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient service from greeting through paymentGuide guests through menu and beverage selectionsAccurately enter orders, manage tables, and communicate with kitchen and bar teamsMaintain a clean, organized station and dining-room presenceHelp create the high-quality brunch and dinner experience Cafe Blue guests expect
