Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, and relay orders efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills and payments Engage with guests to foster positive relations, handle inquiries professionally, and resolve any concerns promptly Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, including serving in fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and basic math for cash handling Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus but not required Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude that enhances the guest experience Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service in a dynamic setting!
