Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create memorable moments for every guest. Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth restaurant operations Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements during busy hours Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and foster positive relationships Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous for understanding food preparation processes Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
