Job Description
Position Overview The Waiter Assistant plays a key supporting role in ensuring smooth service and an excellent guest experience. This position assists both waitstaff and bartenders in maintaining a clean and organized environment, greeting and serving guests, and providing knowledgeable support on cocktails and spirits. The main reason for adding this role to our team is to raise the bar in hospitality and guest relations, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for. Responsibilities Assist waiters and bartenders in keeping the entire establishment clean, organized, and service ready. Greet guests warmly, serve waters promptly, and be available to answer guest questions. Learn, understand, and retain knowledge of all cocktails on both our static and rotating menus. Develop and maintain strong spirits knowledge to confidently answer guest questions about our offerings. Assist in closing duties to ensure the bar and dining areas are properly reset and prepared for the next service. Support overall team operations to deliver a seamless and elevated guest experience. Expectations Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times. Be proactive in assisting staff and anticipating guest needs. Demonstrate commitment to learning and retaining menu and spirits knowledge. Uphold cleanliness and organization standards throughout each shift. Contribute to raising the level of hospitality and guest relations within the establishment.
