Clubhouse Server Bring your passion for hospitality to a premier private Club environment Position Overview Miramont Country Club is seeking professional, service-driven Clubhouse Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. This role delivers exceptional dining experiences across our upscale outlets, private events and Club functions. Ideal candidates are polished, attentive and thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and engage members and their guests with warm, attentive service. Provide food and beverage service with accuracy, efficiency and professionalism. Offer menu, wine, cocktail and daily special recommendations. Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas (FOH & BOH). Enter and communicate orders through the POS system. Ensure accurate billing and member account information. Anticipate member needs and personalize service experiences. Follow all food safety, sanitation and alcohol service policies. Participate in training sessions, staff meetings and pre-shift briefings.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages. TABC Certification. Food Handlers Certification. Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
