POSITION OVERVIEW

Miramont Country Club is seeking attentive and professional Pool Servers to join our seasonal Food and Beverage team. Pool Servers provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service in the Pool and outdoor dining areas while delivering an exceptional member experience. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to Miramonts standards of hospitality and professionalism.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and acknowledge members and guests promptly and professionally. Present menus, answer questions and provide knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations. Accurately take and enter orders in the POS system and communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff. Serve food and beverages with proper timing, presentation and attention to detail. Ensure accurate billing of member accounts and verify all charges. Maintain clean, organized and well-stocked service stations and pool dining areas. Anticipate member needs and provide attentive service throughout the dining experience. Follow all Club policies, safety standards and responsible alcohol service laws. Assist with opening, closing and side work duties as assigned. Address member concerns promptly and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Ability to carry trays and lift and move up to 50 lbs. Ability to bend, stoop, kneel and reach as needed during service. Ability to work in outdoor conditions including heat and humidity. Ability to handle hot plates and cold beverages safely. Ability to meet vision and physical demands required for food and beverage service.
