Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings, wine pairings, and beverage options to answer guest questions confidently Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Experience with cocktail mixing, spirits knowledge, wine service, and beverage presentation Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and organization skills Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures in the food industry Experience in fine dining settings or high-volume restaurants is a plus Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable dining experiences!
