Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service by engaging with guests in a professional, warm, and knowledgeable manner.

Guide guests through the wine list, offering recommendations and pairings to enhance their experience.

Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a seamless dining experience.

Maintain a deep understanding of our wine offeringsHandle guest inquiries and requests with grace and efficiency.

Collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely service.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and the overall dining area.

Uphold all safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

3 or more years experience in a fine dining, wine bar, or upscale hospitality setting.

Strong knowledge of wine and cocktails, with a passion for sharing it with guests.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

A polished and professional appearance.
