Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and social server to join our team. Our perfect candidate loves working with people and providing a great customer experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and seat them. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS, and handling special requests. Serve food and drinks promptly while making sure items meet correctness and quality standards. Provide menu recommendation and upsell items to enhance guest experience. Ensure that all checks opened are closed out before the end of the shift. Run food to courts and ensure tables are clean before the next batch of guests arrive. Clean tables and bus tables. Move and prepare tables ahead of events. Requirements Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or high-volume environments Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Familiarity with beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and alcohol safety regulations Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire is desirable Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift trays or boxes, and perform cleaning duties as required Join us in creating memorable dining experiences!
