Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fine dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus, providing detailed information about menu items. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system. Prepare tables for service by setting up silverware, glassware, and condiments. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Sanitize tables and dining areas between guests to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders. Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines. Skills Strong background in the food industry with experience in fine dining preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Proficient in using POS systems, including Aloha POS and OpenTable. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
