Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring presentation standards are met Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns promptly and professionally Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, ideally with fine dining or nightlife exposure Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink presentation techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Prior experience with OpenTable reservations system is a plus but not required Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift trays or boxes, and perform cleaning duties as needed A friendly attitude combined with a team-oriented mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your skills in a lively setting, and committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
