As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the SkyTab POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and timely service. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment for all guests. Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events or large parties. Requirements Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety practices. Familiarity with restaurant management systems such as POS is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment. A passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as necessary.
