Job Description
Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service Take food and drink orders accurately Deliver food and beverages promptly Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure they are satisfied Process payments accurately Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members Follow food safety and restaurant procedures Help create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere for every guest Qualifications Previous serving experience preferred, but willing to train the right person Friendly and positive attitude Reliable and dependable Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to work well as part of a team Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
