Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in sales and tips Recommend menu items, including wines and spirits, to enhance the dining experience through upselling techniques Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, handle special requests, and resolve any concerns promptly Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for sales transaction processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle guest relations professionally Culinary experience combined with beverage expertise in cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink service Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining high service standards Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, processing transactions, and calculating bills Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and food handling regulations Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus Strong communication skills coupled with a friendly attitude to create a welcoming atmosphere Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through energetic service, culinary enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellence.
