We are seeking team members who enjoy connecting with guests, thrive under pressure, and take pride in delivering outstanding service every shift. Responsibilities Provide friendly, attentive service throughout each guest's dining experience. Guide guests through the menu and offer knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations. Accurately enter orders and ensure timely food and beverage delivery. Maintain a clean, organized section while anticipating guest needs. Work closely with bartenders, food runners, hosts, and kitchen staff to provide seamless service. Handle guest concerns professionally and create positive dining experiences. Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and company standards. Qualifications Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays throughout an entire shift.
