Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server and be the heart of an exceptional dining experience! Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with recommendations to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions efficiently and accurately Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to maximize sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Provide exceptional guest relations through attentive service, addressing needs promptly, and ensuring satisfaction Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Experience with fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to process sales transactions accurately while maintaining a friendly demeanor Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills confidently Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences with energy and professionalism!
