Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately
• Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed
• Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions or concerns from guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting them for the next guest
• Process payments using Aloha POS or similar systems
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them promptly ###

Experience:

• Non e is needed.
• Previous experience in the food industry or as a Server is preferred
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
