Lagoonfest Texas is a premier outdoor waterfront destination known for its crystal-clear lagoon, resort-style amenities, and high-energy environment. Our team enjoys stunning views, strong guest interaction, and meaningful opportunities for growth within an expanding organization. We are seeking a Cabana Server to deliver a premium guest experience throughout the lagoon.What You'll Do:
- Deliver exceptional guest service while guiding, supporting, and coaching the server team.
- Maintain service standards, product knowledge, and overall operational excellence.
- Support training, onboarding, and performance expectations for all servers.
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation practices that meet or exceed local health code requirements.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions for 9+ hour shifts.
- Uphold safety protocols, maintain organized work areas, and ensure cabanas are presentation-ready.
- Communicate operational updates and needs promptly to leadership.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of serving experience in a high-volume environment required.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods.
- Must be available for the full seasonal schedule (February - end of October).
