Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system, Toast, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks efficiently, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Process sales transactions accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods while balancing registers at shift end Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Assist with food handling and basic food preparation tasks when needed, adhering to food safety regulations Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a focus on fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or bars Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and build rapport Demonstrated ability in beverage service including spirits knowledge, cocktail mixing, wine expertise, and drink presentation Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Food safety certification and knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe dining environment Experience with food handling, food preparation, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, cashiering, and general hospitality operations Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a lively setting!
