The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer service skills, and experience working in fast-paced restaurant environments. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your hospitality talents while working in a vibrant setting that values guest satisfaction and team collaboration. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive guest relation experience Support host/host duties when needed, including seating guests and managing reservations Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance sales opportunities Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Experience with food preparation, kitchen operations, or culinary background is a plus Ability to manage time efficiently during busy service periods Previous host/host or bussing experience is advantageous but not required Join our team to deliver memorable dining experiences through exceptional service.
