Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items and beverage options to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation, food handling, and ensuring proper sanitation in line with health regulations Experience Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Experience with cocktail making, spirits, wine knowledge, and beverage service enhances your candidacy Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse needs effectively Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining a positive attitude Experience working in nightlife venues or nightclubs is a plus for dynamic service environments Join us to deliver exceptional hospitality with energy and professionalism!
