Whether taking orders, serving food and drinks, or assisting with guest inquiries, you'll play a vital role in creating memorable moments for our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Assist with food handling, preparation, and sanitation to ensure safety standards are met Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Manage cash handling duties accurately, including cashiering and processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Support restaurant operations by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with host/hostess duties when needed Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles is advantageous Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing are essential Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or holidays as required by the restaurant schedule Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
