Job Overview Manna Korean BBQ is hiring friendly, dependable, and hardworking Servers to provide excellent service to our guests. Servers are responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. Responsibilities Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Take accurate food and beverage orders Explain menu items and answer customer questions Enter orders correctly into the POS system Deliver food and beverages promptly Check on guests throughout their meal Handle customer requests and concerns professionally Process cash and credit-card payments accurately Clear, clean, and reset tables Complete assigned opening, closing, and side-work duties Maintain cleanliness in the dining and service areas Communicate clearly with kitchen staff, other servers, and management Follow food-safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures Assist team members during busy periods Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required Friendly and positive attitude Strong communication and customer-service skills Dependable and able to work well with a team Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Able to stand and walk for extended periods Able to lift up to 25-40 pounds Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled Food-handler certification required or must be obtained after hiring What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus tips Flexible scheduling Employee meals or meal discounts Training provided Opportunities for advancement Supportive and team-oriented work environment
