Job Summary Chef Tim Love is looking for a friendly and energetic Servers to join our vibrant restaurant team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable dining experiences through excellent customer service and attentive beverage and food presentation. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with guests, has a passion for food and drinks, and thrives in a lively, fast-paced environment. All positions are paid, including internships, and offer opportunities to grow within the hospitality industry. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros or Aloha POS. Serve food and drinks efficiently, including wine knowledge and spirits experience, ensuring presentation meets quality standards. Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, or digital payments. Upsell menu items like cocktails or specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including proper food handling and beverage service. Assist with bussing tables and resetting dining areas to ensure smooth flow during busy hours. Skills Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or Aloha POS; OpenTable experience is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests. Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities.
