In this role, you will support the front-of-house staff by ensuring smooth service operations and maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests. Your responsibilities will include assisting with food and beverage service, keeping dining areas clean, and providing excellent guest support. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering memorable customer experiences in a lively restaurant setting. Responsibilities Clear and reset tables promptly to prepare for new guests, ensuring a tidy dining area at all times. Assist servers with food running, delivering dishes efficiently and accurately from the kitchen to guests. Support in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining space, including sweeping and wiping down surfaces. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, ensuring safe lifting practices are followed at all times. Help with food handling and preparation tasks as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Use POS systems like Toast POS to process orders or assist with guest transactions when required. Communicate effectively with team members and guests to enhance overall guest services and ensure a positive dining experience. Skills Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly desirable, including banquet or hospitality settings. Strong knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and proper cleaning techniques. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices. Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS is a plus. Experience in food running, serving, or in-person customer service roles enhances your ability to succeed.
