This role requires strong communication and customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere. You will engage with visitors, serve wine, and share your knowledge about our offerings. No prior experience is necessary, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to enter the hospitality industry. Your ability to connect with guests and ensure their satisfaction will be vital to our success in delivering memorable wine tasting experiences. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests to the tasting room, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Provide information about the wines and assist guests in selecting their tastings. Serve wine samples and food pairings while maintaining high standards of service. Manage the point-of-sale system efficiently, processing transactions accurately. Address guest inquiries and concerns with excellent communication and customer service skills. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience.
