Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive, courteous, and friendly attitude towards staff and guests.
• Assure that guests feel welcome, comfortable, and important.
• Maintains a clean and tidy environment
• Assists with special events
• Maintains proper TABC certifications
• Assists with opening and closing duties

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the service industry is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
