Server

Ocean Sushi & Ramen is looking for friendly, dependable servers to join our team. We are currently hiring primarily for morning and weekend shifts. Evening availability is a plus, but most new hires will start with lunch and weekend shifts while learning our menu, service standards, and restaurant procedures.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction Learn the menu and be able to answer questions and make recommendations Maintain clean and organized sections throughout the shift Complete opening, running side work, and closing duties as assigned Work as a team with hosts, bussers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management Assist with takeout orders and other restaurant needs when necessary

Requirements:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Weekend availability required Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required We're looking for team players who are willing to learn, help where needed, and provide great service to every guest. Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
