Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aldelo POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food, beverages, cocktails, and spirits efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Upsell menu items including wines, specialty drinks, and desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales Process cash transactions and credit card payments accurately, ensuring proper handling of sales transactions Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations; assist with bussing tables as needed Build rapport with guests through excellent customer service, guest relations, and personalized recommendations Qualifications Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aldelo POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to perform basic math accurately for processing payments and splitting checks Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurant environments is advantageous Valid server certification or equivalent certifications as required by local health authorities Join us to be part of an energetic team committed to delivering outstanding service!
