From concerts to game days and special events, you'll help create a memorable experience through friendly service, accurate orders, and timely drink delivery. We're looking for people with personality who enjoy connecting with guests and bring a strong work ethic. If you're dependable, take initiative, and know how to make guests feel taken care of, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Welcome cabana guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit. Take beverage orders and enter them accurately into our handheld POS system. Learn our beverage menu and make recommendations. Coordinate with bartenders and beverage runners to keep orders moving. Deliver drinks, check back regularly, and anticipate guests' needs. Manage tabs and process payments accurately. Clear empty cups and keep cabanas clean and organized. Assist with cabana setup, resets, restocking, and opening and closing duties. Follow responsible alcohol service procedures and communicate concerns to management. Support teammates and stay productive throughout your shift. What We're Looking For A friendly, engaging personality and a passion for hospitality. Strong work ethic, dependability, and initiative. Ability to manage multiple orders and stay organized during busy events. Clear communication and attention to detail. Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred. Availability for evenings, weekends, and scheduled events. Current TABC certification or willingness to obtain it before starting. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, carry beverage trays, and work in an outdoor environment, with reasonable accommodation as needed. Compensation $15 per hour plus participation in the cabana server tip-out program. Tip-out amounts vary and are not guaranteed.
