As a Server, you will create exceptional dining experiences by guiding guests through our menu, serving authentic Japanese ramen and specialty dishes, and maintaining a welcoming, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Welcome and seat guests warmly, delivering an outstanding dining experience from start to finish. Guide customers through our menu offerings, including ramen broths, topping pairings, omurice, and bento options. Accurately enter orders into the POS system and promptly deliver food and beverages to tables. Monitor tables, address guest needs, and handle checkouts cleanly and efficiently. Maintain clean dining and service areas, perform opening/closing side work, and assist teammates. Qualifications Prior server or customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced or Japanese restaurant setting.
