Job Overview As a Server at Poached Brunch House, you are the face of our restaurant. You will guide guests through our delicious menu, recommend signature brunch cocktails, and deliver fast, attentive, and friendly service. Key Responsibilities Guest Hospitality:

Warmly greet guests, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure an inviting, memorable brunch experience.

Order Management:

Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system and process payments efficiently.

Menu Expertise & Upselling:

Guide guests through menu selections, specialty coffee drinks, and signature brunch cocktails (Mimosas, Bloody Marys, etc.) with upselling techniques.

Prompt Service:

Serve dishes and beverages quickly while ensuring high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and food safety.

Table Maintenance:

Keep dining areas, tables, and service stations clean, organized, and properly set up throughout the shift.

Teamwork:

Collaborate smoothly with kitchen staff, bussers, and management to maintain seamless FOH operations.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Previous restaurant or server experience preferred (experience in high-volume or brunch settings is a major plus!).

Beverage Knowledge:

Basic knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and coffee/beverage service techniques.

Fast-Paced Efficiency:

Strong multitasking, time management, and ability to stay calm and energetic during busy weekend rushes.

Communication & Math Skills:

Friendly communication skills with basic math skills for payment handling.

Availability:

Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays (prime brunch hours).
