MANAGEMENT- Some restaurant experience preferred.
SERVER:
A. On a consistent basis surpass guests' expectations. B. Demonstrate consistent professional conduct, which does not include any negative behavior or comments regarding guests, co-workers and management. C. Demonstrate and elaborate strong menu knowledge. D. Comply with all company policies and procedures that surpass Texas Alcohol & Beverage Commission (TABC) Regulations. E. Advise manager on-duty of any guest concern (guest compliant) or first time visiting guests. F. Maintains complete knowledge of table/seat/station to Company Standards to include making sure tables, chairs are cleaned and reset within minutes of guest departure. G. Satisfactorily communicate in English (speak, read, write) with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding. Company may assist new hire with obtaining a Food Handler's Certification for positions. Maintains good grooming and uniform standards. All shifts available. Pay depending on experience.
