We are looking for servers who value experience over transaction and who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience within the restaurant industry is helpful, though not necessary. Duties Provide excellent customer-focused care Be willing to maintain a teamwork-focused environment for the success of yourselves and all of those around you Take accurate orders using Toast POS (Point of Sale) systems Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments Be willing to make your own drinks behind the bar when necessary Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting stations, and adhering to food safety protocols Manage time effectively during busy periods Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring overall satisfaction Qualifications Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality settings is preferred, but not necessary Familiarity with the Toast POS system is helpful, but not necessary Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques is helpful, but not necessary Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and process sales efficiently Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours Food safety certification or knowledge of sanitation standards is desirable
