As a Server, you will be the friendly face that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your energetic approach to service, combined with your culinary knowledge and exceptional customer service skills, will ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Chowbus POS ensuring prompt processing of sales transactions Provide expert recommendations on menu items, including wine pairings and cocktail options, to enhance guest experience Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction Process cash and credit card payments accurately, handle change, and manage receipts with attention to detail Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations; assist with food handling, bussing, and sanitation protocols as needed Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly Support guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues professionally, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Skills Extensive experience with POS systems such as Chowbus POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Proven ability in food service roles within the food industry or fine dining environments Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beverage service, and cocktail preparation techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in upselling menu items to increase sales while maintaining guest satisfaction Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment in a fast-paced restaurant setting Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences through lively service, culinary expertise, and a positive attitude.
