Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring precision in processing sales transactions Present menus, recommend wine pairings, and upsell specialty cocktails and premium spirits to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food, beverages, and cocktails efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to maintain smooth operations Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, wine selections, and current promotions to provide expert guidance to guests Requirements Proven experience in food service within a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order entry and sales processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest concerns professionally Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous nightclub or hospitality experience is a plus for dynamic service environments Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing sales reports Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through refined service skills, extensive product knowledge, and a vibrant hospitality attitude.
