Pool Servers - Seasonal

Company Overview Your role is responsible for providing prompt, efficient, and friendly service to guests at the pool area, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable dining experience, all aimed at fostering connections and ensuring our team thrives together in a spirit of collaboration and shared purpose.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Deliver service with care and attention, always prioritizing quality and the well-being of the Members. Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptly. Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and proactively addressing any concerns. Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner, building rapport and fostering a positive atmosphere. Provide information about the pool menu and answer guest questions. Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of orders from the kitchen. Present food and beverages professionally and courteously. Maintain cleanliness and order in the poolside service area. Assist in setting up and breaking down the poolside service area. Assist with inventory of service ware and supplies. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures. Adhere to all club policies and procedures. Adhere to all club policies and procedures. Any other duties, as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills that foster a friendly and collaborative atmosphere. Prior experience in food and beverage service preferred. A commitment to providing exceptional service that makes a difference to our Membership. A Food Handler's Certification required.

Working Conditions:

You will be working in variable temperature conditions (extreme heat or cold). You may encounter pool chemicals. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays. You may experience variable noise levels.

Physical Requirements:

Standing, stooping, bending and twisting for extended periods.
