Position Summary:

Your responsibilities will include ensuring smooth and efficient service to our members and guests by assisting servers and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment, all aimed at fostering connections and ensuring our team thrives together in a spirit of collaboration and shared purpose.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Deliver service with care and attention, always prioritizing quality and the well-being of the Members. Assist servers in setting up tables for service, including setting silverware, glassware, and linens. Refill water glasses and remove empty plates and glassware throughout the dining service. Deliver food and beverages to tables as directed by servers. Anticipate guest needs and provide prompt and attentive service. Bus tables promptly and efficiently after guests have finished dining. Transport bus tubs to the dishwashing area. Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and surrounding areas. Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining room and service areas Assist servers with tasks as needed, such as refilling condiment stations and assisting with special requests. Communicate any guest concerns or issues to the server or manager. Any other duties, as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster a friendly and collaborative atmosphere. Ability to carry heavy plates, trays and racks. A commitment to providing exceptional service that makes a difference to our Membership. May be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Working Conditions:

You will be working indoors and outdoors in a restaurant environment. Exposure to hot surfaces and sharp objects.

Physical Requirements:

Standing, stooping, bending and twisting for most of the workday. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Job Types:

Part-time, Full-time Pay:
