Job Summary Come Join Us at Cottonwood Shores Newest Lake side Restaurant! Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your energy, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will create memorable moments for our guests. You'll be the friendly face that enhances our guests' experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast or Spot On Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision and accountability Ensure food safety standards are met through proper food handling and sanitation practices Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or Toast is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building Experience in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Understanding of food preparation and presentation standards Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
