About the Role Join the Food and Beverage team at Escondido Golf & Lake Club, where we're dedicated to exceeding expectations for our Members and their guests. As a Food & Beverage Server, you'll deliver the "Escondido Experience" — anticipating Member needs and providing hospitality that feels personal, polished, and consistent every time. What You'll Do Follow our established Steps of Service to ensure a consistent experience for every Member and guest Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into our POS (Jonas) system Explain menu items, daily specials, and cocktail offerings with confidence Prepare hot/cold beverages, chill wine, and serve wine tableside with proper presentation Check in with Members and guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns Set up and break down dining areas, including linens, silverware, and glassware Learn and remember Member preferences to provide personalized service Follow all TABC rules and regulations Work collaboratively with teammates to complete daily and weekly checklists Assist with banquet service and bartending as needed Stay current on Club events and uphold
