Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using Toast system, ensuring timely delivery of orders Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while providing personalized recommendations Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Handle transactions accurately, while balancing registers at shift end Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety regulations Support guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest inquiries professionally Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus for better team collaboration Basic math skills for accurate billing, and order calculations Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your energy makes a difference!
