POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Operates an automatic dishwashing machine that cleans and washes plates, cups, saucers, silverware, glasses and other dishes. Cleans cooking utensils and other kitchen equipment by hand. Collects garbage from various stations in the kitchen transporting it to the loading dock.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

To serve our members in accordance with standards of food and beverage quality. Must demonstrate a positive attitude at all times.

Must provide outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers.

Working Conditions Must be willing to work holidays, weekends, and long hours, stand on feet for long hours at a time. Come in contact with sharp objects, hot equipment and hands are in water a great deal of the time. Bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.

EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED preferred Beginning job, previous experience not needed.

Directly To:

Head Chef and/or Food & Beverage Manager
