Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales records Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling, prep support, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently Demonstrate extensive beverage knowledge including spirits, wine pairings, cocktail preparation, and drink service techniques Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction PM Availabilty Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or bars Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask effectively while managing time in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation techniques Experience with food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Excellent communication skills to engage guests confidently and professionally Previous host/hostess or serving experience preferred but not required; hospitality background highly valued Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your energy makes every guest's experience extraordinary!
