Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Process all sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items, drinks, and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns professionally and courteously Handle beverage service including wine knowledge, drink mixing, and spirits experience Support openTable reservations management for seamless guest seating arrangements Experience Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus, showcasing your ability to handle high-volume service with professionalism Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures is essential Strong math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates memorable guest experiences Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently during busy shifts Culinary experience or beverage knowledge—including wine, spirits, cocktails—is advantageous for upselling opportunities Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional seafood and Cajun cuisine!
