Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments with precision Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including food handling and beverage service Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Skills Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and sales processing Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations in a fast-paced environment Experience in fine dining or casual restaurant settings with a focus on hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transaction processing Previous experience in food industry roles such as serving, bartending (including nightclub experience), or cashiering is highly desirable This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through energetic service and culinary expertise.
