Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems ensuring swift and precise entry Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for all guests and staff Requirements Familiarity with Toast POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or food preparation is a plus Excellent communication skills to engage with guests and team members confidently Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
