You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for the food industry. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using basic math skills for processing transactions. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests. Provide information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to enhance guest experience. Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure the health and safety of all patrons. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of orders. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests with professionalism and care. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, menu changes, and special events within the nightclub setting. Experience Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with culinary practices and food safety standards is a plus. Experience in sales or guest services is beneficial for enhancing customer interactions. Ability to work effectively in a high-energy environment, particularly during peak hours at nightclubs or similar venues.
